On June 3, 2008 the shop lost CD (the shop dog) to
a speeder on Knox Road. Her loss impacts us all greatly. She was the friendliest, smartest and most personable
four-legged friend I have ever had. Obviously, I am still pretty upset over the whole mess, so please, watch your speed,
look out for animals, and if you hit one at least be man enough to come in and tell someone about it, don't just leave
it lay. Everyone around here knew where CD belonged, there's just no excuse. May she Rest in Peace...

NEW SHOP HOURS: (as of 5 May 2009)
10:00 - 5:00 Tuesday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Saturday CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY If you call during these times and
get the answering machine, I'm not ignoring you, I am either with a customer, or working on a gun and can't drop
what I'm doing. I am primarily a one-man shop, hiring employees costs YOU more money, so please be patient, leave
a message on the machine, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Welcome Home 101st, 160th, and 5th SFG soldiers! We
are all very proud of you! Enjoy your well-deserved time off!
I have recently made some very
big improvements to the range facilities, product line and many more improvements are on the way. I offer
a full selection of Armalite, Para Ordnance, FN, Springfield Armory, Bushmaster, DPMS, Remington (including the Spartan line),
Mossberg, Winchester, Benelli, Kahr, Taurus, Savage-Stevens, New England Firearms, Bersa, Rossi, Kel-Tec, Uberti, Bond Arms,
H&R and Colt just to mention a few (I know I left a few out, my fingers got tired).
Right now AR-15's,
AR-10's, LR-308's, etc. are in VERY short supply. I have several on order and will have them as they come
available.

| Can we help you? |

I am also a Class III Dealer selling SBR's, Suppressors and full auto guns. As long as
you have the paperwork I also let you shoot them at the range! I sell Tactical Innovations, Yankee Hill Machine,
Gem-Tech, AWC and several other suppressor brands. If you want to turn your AR into an SBR, I can help you with the
paperwork and the modifications to comply with ATF rules, I do Class III Transfers for a $75.00 fee. I have 100 + Long and handguns in stock, mostly new, but there are some great quality used guns on the rack too. I
also guarantee the guns I sell, if you happen to get a lemon, I will get you a new one, give you a refund, or whatever
makes you happy; I don't make you deal with the manufacturer, I handle that for you. If it has a barrel
and spits bullet out of it, I either have it, or can get it. But if you want a Stag Arms, Olympic Arms, Doublestar, Hi-Point,
Jennings, Bryco or other "junk" gun, go somewhere else! I only sell quality firearms here! Be wary of other
dealers "put togethers" using sub-standard parts that they try to sell as "new" or "factory
guns", I usually end up seeing them for repairs. I also see a LOT of gun show "BARGAIN" guns....
the old addage still rings true... if it doesn't work right, go sell it at the gun show! After the needed repairs are
performed... they usually aren't a bargain. I am a nationally-certified Professional Gunsmith,
and will treat your gun like it is my own. If I don't like it, you won't see it until I am satisfied with the
work. I have the most extensive parts inventory in the area, everyone around here calls me for parts! In fact,
I have a lot of parts that the "Big Guys" don't have and I find more every day. Look for a new page listing
the parts in stock soon. I rebarrel, rechamber, do custom work, trigger work, thread barrels for suppressors, etc. I
can put Tru-choke tubes in your shotgun to give the old gal some versatility! I have hot bluing tanks for refinishing
chrome-moly and nickel steel guns, parkerize and hot blue stainless steel guns; I also Dura Coat firearms. I also
just bought a new Tempering Furnace, so I can re-temper receivers that have been in a fire, plus I can now Color Case Harden
receivers, hammers, etc! I also have a stock duplicator on premesis for those hard to find stocks or custom stock work.
I carry a complete line of custom accessories for the AR-15, from barrels, to free float
tubes, to custom stocks, tripods, and other toys by great makers like Yankee Hill Machine, CMMG, DPMS, Bushmaster, and
CAA. No Model 1 or other substandard parts here! My shop has a great selection of scopes also, I have
Zeiss, Leupold (MK4 LR/T, CQ/T, VX-L, VX-III and the new VX-7), Burris (including the new Burris Laser Rangefinding scope),
Nikon, Simmons and others. I also have Leupold rangefinders. I stock bases and rings for most rifles and shotguns out
there, if they don't make one for your gun, I can custom make a mount for it. I also stock EO Tech, C-More, Night
Owl Optics, Trijicon Accupoint and ACOG sights. I also stock Lasermax red and green rail mounted lasers, recoil rod lasers
and pistol grip lasers.
As most of you have experienced lately AMMO IS IN SHORT SUPPLY due to the dramatic increase
in demand, I have sold just about all of my backup stock, but am still able to get mostly what I need to keep ammo supply
at an acceptable stockage level. Right now .380 and .45 ACP are in short supply. Basically, if you need
something for a gun, come by and see me.... I probably have it. If you want to try out a gun, come by, I either have it or
something similar in my personal collection or in the many shop demo guns I have. I have a complete (pretty much) set of all
brands of rifles (Kimber, Tikka, Remington, Browning, Howa, Savage... etc. long gun demos in .308 Winchester for you to see
the differences between them and see which ones you like the best, they all have different scopes on them, that way you can
use different glass while trying them out. I also have the DPMS LR-308 with the ACOG 4X32 308 reticle, Bushmaster Gas
Piston AR-15 and a some suppressors for you to try out. I have some 30 pistols downstairs you can run through the
paces and see how you like them. I believe in trying... before you buy, if I don't have the exact gun you want in
a demo, I can get pretty close! I have a pistol, trap and rifle range on the premises
so you can fine tune your gun for hunting, target shooting, or just shoot. All you have to do is sign a Release of Liability
and you can shoot. I charge $4.00 per hour, not including targets or ammo. I am
one of the only dealers around who still likes to trade on firearms, I grade them honestly and try to give you between
80-90% of book value on your trade, or I will sell you gun on consignment either in the shop or on-line, I charge a flat
10% for listing and transferring your gun. I still do transfers for your firearms bought elsewhere for just $25.00 +
the $10.00 Background check fee; unlike other dealers around here, I think $25.00 is sufficient for handling your paperwork! This
shop hasn't been in the business for 40 years by ripping people off, and I don't intend to start now.
As always, you get a free day on the range (minus ammo and targets) anytime you buy a
new or used gun from me, plus a free hat, pen, keychain or whatever else I have around.... I treat my customers like I want
them to come back, because I do! My staff of NRA Qualified instructors will also help you with the proper instruction
for the use and care of your firearm... a free service to my customers; I believe that customer service extends beyond just
the sale! No other store in the area offers you so many different services; they just sell guns at higher prices. I
know that I won't become a millionaire in this business... and my prices reflect that attitude!

I FINALLY got the new pistol and rifle ranges up and running and I think you'll really like them.
You won't get your shoes muddy on the pistol range because I put gravel down from the steps of the shop all the way around
to the range. I even bought a 10 X 20 building and put it out on the pistol range for you shooters to put your stuff
in while you're shooting and get in out of the weather.

There are now 4 seats at the rifle bench. I have paper target stands out to 150 yards (measured)
and will have metal spinners at 200, 250 and 300 yards, we will be able to tell the men from the boys by the sound!
If everything goes right, we may be able to shoot some small scale NRA Reduced Rifle matches this summer!
The trap range is just about done and I think everyone will have a lot of fun shooting on it. There
are two automatic throwers in the trap house, one high and one low, both with oscillators to keep things interesting!
I am going to continue to offer the Tennessee Hunter's Education course at least quarterly and the Tennessee
Handgun Carry Permit qualification course monthly. I are also offer the NRA Basic Handgun course for those interested.
As always, the coffee is always hot, the sodas are always cold, so stop on by and tell us about last year's
hunt. It is not too early to think about next season's hunt and start getting ready. Bring your guns in and I'll
check them out and get them in top shape for opening day, so you won't be in the line that forms in the front of the shop
on opening morning with a gun that doesn't shoot and madder than a wet hen!
